SALT FLATS HEFEWEIZEN
Visual: Hazy golden straw in color with a nice thick head on top for this traditional hefeweizen.
Aroma: Blasts of banana and cloves with a bit of a bready aroma in the background.
Taste: A clove, herbal, banana trifecta swirls in the glass with thick yet light bread flavors play in perfect harmony.
Mouthfeel: High in carbonation keeps the full body bready yeasty mouthfeel in check to make another easy drinking beer
IBU 20 - 4% ABV
Visual: Golden straw color with thick white head.
Aroma: Bursts forth with German Saphir and Hallertau hops that works in conjunction with the sulphur notes.
Taste: Moderate bitterness up front with strong malt presence into a dry clean finish then a nice lingering hop taste that isn’t too bitter.
Mouthfeel: The higher carbonation of this beer paired with the full flavor of the pilsner malt and german hops makes for a full bodied but not filling beer.
INDIA PALE ALE
Visual: Deep golden in color with full bodied head.
Aroma: A stream of citrus/dank/floral hop aroma hits hard.
Taste: Bitterness fills the mouth with hop oils tasting of citrus and pine with a nice light caramel malty backbone to balance it all out to make this a great west coast DIPA.
Mouthfeel: Full mouthfeel. A little alcohol heat but that is countered by the sweetness of the alcohol also brings. The bitterness and malt body are a great combination that compliment each other for an almost sessionable DIPA.

BAJA MEXICAN ALE
A light, crisp beer for any day, especially any day in the summer. It's brewed using a combination of two-row and wheat with subtle American and English hops. It's fermented with a traditional English ale strain.
