DAYTONA IPA

Visual: Rich gold in color with nice fluffy white head

Aroma: Explosive citrus and tropical fruit aromas up front, then mellows into a tropical stone fruit experience.

Taste: Almost an orange juice taste off the bat with wheaty, oaty flavors to fill in the blanks

Mouthfeel: Full mouthfeel from the wheat and oats with a medium carbonation

Top GeAr ALE

Visual: Light tan head with red amber color.

Aroma: Clean caramel and grassy hop aromas burst from this amber ale.

Taste: Up front comes a malty caramel flavor followed by crisp hop flavors, earthy with slight bitterness then the caramel comes back with a clean finish.

Mouthfeel: Light mouthfeel with medium

carbonation, crisp beer with a moderate

malty caramel sweetness.

SALT FLATS HEFEWEIZEN

Visual: Hazy golden straw in color with a nice thick head on top for this traditional hefeweizen.

Aroma: Blasts of banana and cloves with a bit of a bready aroma in the background.

Taste: A clove, herbal, banana trifecta swirls in the glass with thick yet light bread flavors play in perfect harmony.

Mouthfeel: High in carbonation keeps the full body bready yeasty mouthfeel in check to make another easy drinking beer

P1 PILSNER

Visual:  Golden straw color with thick white head.
Aroma:  Bursts forth with German Saphir and Hallertau hops that works in conjunction with the sulphur notes.
Taste:  Moderate bitterness up front with strong malt presence into a dry clean finish then a nice lingering hop taste that isn’t too bitter.
Mouthfeel:  The higher carbonation of this beer paired with the full flavor of the pilsner malt and german hops makes for a full bodied but not filling beer.

BACKSEAT BLONDE 

Visual:  Golden in color with tight white head.
Aroma:  Smell of honey with a complimenting floral woodsy aroma.
Taste:  Honey comes out strong and lasts throughout the sip with wheat and caramel malts complementing and filling out the flavor
Mouthfeel:  Medium carbonation brings a smoothness to the honey flavor to make this beer that much easier to drink.

BAJA MEXICAN ALE

A light, crisp beer for any day, especially any day in the summer. It's brewed using a combination of two-row and wheat with subtle American and English hops. It's fermented with a traditional English ale strain.
